As used in this title 12, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Department" means the department of regulatory agencies created in section 24-1122.
"Executive director" means the executive director of the department or the executivedirector's designee.
"Profession or occupation", "profession", or "occupation" means an activity subjectto regulation by a part or article of this title 12.
