The Sergeant-at-Arms of the Senate and of the Assembly shall:

(a) Under the direction of their presiding officers, have general supervision of the Senate and Assembly chambers, and the rooms attached.

(b) Attend during the sittings of their respective bodies, and execute their commands and all process issued by their authority.

(c) Keep an account for pay and mileage of members.
