The site of the Governor’s Mansion is hereby designated as all that certain real property situate, lying and being in the County of Sacramento, State of California, particularly described as follows:

Parcel No. 1.Lot 210, as shown on the official “Plat of Carmichael Colony,” recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Sacramento County, on March 11, 1910, in Book 10 of Maps, Map No. 9.

Parcel No. 2.All that portion of Lot 209, as shown on the official “Plat of Carmichael Colony,” recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Sacramento County on March 11, 1910 in Book 10 of Maps, Map No. 9, described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of said lot, from which the Southwesterly corner of said lot bears North 63°22′ West 387.52 feet; thence from said point of beginning South 65°50′50″ East 294.31 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of said lot; thence along said Southeasterly line, South 65°25′20″ West, 16.30 feet to the Southwesterly line of said lot; thence along said Southwesterly line, North 63°22′ West 283.85 feet to the point of beginning.

Parcel No. 3.All that portion of land shown and designated “Charles Deterding and Mary Deterding, a single woman” on that certain Record of Survey entitled “Deterding Ranch being a portion of San Juan Meadows,” recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Sacramento County on December 13, 1961 in Book 18 of Surveys, at page 29, and being described as follows:

Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 12, as said lot is shown on the official “Plat of Walnut Heights,” recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Sacramento County, in Book 26 of Maps, Map No. 25, said point of beginning also being the most Westerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the County of Sacramento by deed recorded August 26, 1966 in Book 66-08-24, page 386, Official Records; thence from said point of beginning, along the Westerly line of said Sacramento County’s land, South 19°02′54″ East 248.66 feet; thence South 37°32′23″ West 711.46 feet to a point on the centerline of the American River, as shown on said record of survey; thence along said centerline, North 63°17′47″ West to a point from which the most Southerly corner of Lot 210, as said lot is shown on the official “Plat of Carmichael Colony,” recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Sacramento County, in Book 10 of Maps, Map No. 9, bears North 8°46′ East; thence North 8°46′ East to said Southerly corner of Lot 210; thence along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 210 and Lot 209 of said Carmichael Colony, the following five (5) courses and distances: (1) North 77°45′ East 76.00 feet, (2) North 47°30′ East 178 feet, (3) North 45°20′ East 396.20 feet, (4) North 46°50′ East 107.50 feet to the most Easterly corner of said Lot 210, and (5) North 65°25′20″ East 16.30 feet to the point of beginning.
