For purposes of this division, “sea level rise planning information” means studies, programs, modeling, mapping, cost-benefit analyses, vulnerability assessments, adaptation, assessments, and local coastal programs certified pursuant to Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 30500) of Division 20 that have been developed for the purposes of addressing or preparing for sea level rise.
