This article shall become inoperative on March 1, 2023, and, as of January 1, 2024, is repealed.

(Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 363, Sec. 2. (SB 112) Effective September 28, 2017. Repealed as of January 1, 2024, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Article 3.7, commencing with Section 179.)
