Local community high blood pressure control programs may include any or all of the following program components:
(a) Screening.
(b) Detection.
(c) Referral and followup.
(d) Diagnostic evaluation.
(e) Adherence management.
(f) Dropout retrieval.
(g) Patient education.
(h) Public education.
(i) Provider education.
(j) Such other components consistent with applicable federal program requirements as the department may deem desirable in controlling high blood pressure and are reflected in the state plan for high blood pressure control.
