Section 8-26B-32

Oversight and enforcement of Article 3 and rules adopted thereunder.

The Alabama Athlete Agents Commission shall carry out the functions assigned to it in Section 8-26B-61, relating to oversight and enforcement of Article 3 and rules adopted by the Alabama Collegiate Athletics Commission.
