Equal opportunity.
No persons shall be denied the opportunity to take any test or examination given under authority of the board solely because of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, or age. No person shall be denied employment within the Mobile County Civil Service System solely because of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, or age.
