Section 45-48-244.04
Severability.
None of the provisions of this subpart shall be applied in such manner as to violate the Commerce Clause of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901. Should any provision of this subpart be held invalid, the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining provisions of this subpart.
