Section 45-45-31.05
Destruction or disposition of public records.
No county official or employee shall destroy, dispose of, or cause to be destroyed or disposed of, any public record that has been microfilmed under this part until the records custodian has certified that the microfilm copy has been processed and checked for clarity.
