Section 45-42-122.04

Adoption of rules, regulations, and procedures.

The board shall adopt and have printed such rules, regulations, and procedures as it may deem proper and in accordance with this part. The rules and regulations and all amendments thereafter adopted shall be kept on file in the commission office and open for public inspection.
