Section 40-9H-7

THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2021 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2021. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.

The department shall report to the Legislature beginning in 2023, pursuant to Section 40-1-50, and rules adopted by the Department of Revenue, providing an assessment of the incentives allowed in this chapter.
