Section 40-29B-1

THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE MARCH 6, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.

This chapter shall be known as and may be cited as the Alabama Tax Delinquency Amnesty Act of 2018.
