Definitions.

THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2021-426 IN THE 2021 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2021. TO SEE THE AMENDED VERSION, SEE THE VERSION LABELED PENDING.

For purposes of this division, the terms "dealer," "department," "designated agent," "motor vehicle," and "owner" shall have the meanings as defined in Section 32-8-2.
