Section 32-12A-12

Disposition of fees.

THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2021-322 IN THE 2021 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE APRIL 29, 2021. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.

Fees from the registration of all-terrain vehicles and recreational off-highway vehicles shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to the Public Safety Fund.
