Section 31-6-15.1
Annual report.
The Department of Veterans Affairs shall report to the Legislature by January 1st of each year, the number of applicants approved in the previous fiscal year and those approved as of the reporting date for the current fiscal year, the number of students by years of remaining eligibility, and the costs of the previous fiscal year’s expenditures to the program by each category of public institution of higher learning to include the number of students who attended each of those institutions.
