Section 28-4-183

Permit from Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to have wine shipped from outside the state - Permit to be used for one shipment only; expiration.

The permit provided for in Section 28-4-182 may be used for only one shipment and shall be void 20 days after the date of issuance.
