Section 16-30C-6

THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2021 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2021. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.

Not later than March 1, 2022, the State Department of Education and the State Board of Nursing shall adopt rules to implement and administer this chapter.
