Section 16-1-2.5

THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2021 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2021. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.

The State Department of Education, an educational institution, a state educational institution, as defined in Section 41-4-400(d), a public K-12 school, or a public institution of higher education with a constitutionally created board of trustees may contract with the Division of Construction Management within the Department of Finance for any purpose.
