Section 15-22-30.1

Establishment and maintenance of residential transition centers.

The Board of Pardons and Paroles may establish and maintain one or more residential transition centers for the housing of parolees and probationers ordered to serve a period of confinement pursuant to Section 15-22-32 or 15-22-54.
