Incorporators; filing of certificate of incorporation.

THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2021-299 IN THE 2021 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2022. TO SEE THE AMENDED VERSION, SEE THE VERSION LABELED PENDING.

Notwithstanding Section 10A-1-3.04, in order to incorporate a corporation, one or more incorporators must execute a certificate of incorporation and deliver it for filing to the Secretary of State.
