Section 10A-2-8.11

Compensation of directors,

REPEALED IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2019-94 EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.

Unless the articles of incorporation or bylaws provide otherwise, the board of directors may fix the compensation of directors.
