NHHBG funds may be used for the provision of management services for affordable housing, including:
(a) The preparation of work specifications;
(b) Loan processing;
(c) Inspections;
(d) Tenant selection;
(e) Management of tenant-based rental assistance; and
(f) Management of affordable housing projects.
